Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pay role.
  • Develop, prepare and implementing ER policy and strategy
  • Providing independent counseling to employees and/or supervisors to resolve work-related problems that may relate to performance and/or discipline based issues,
  • Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved on matters relating to employee relations and human resources policies,
  • Coordinating Employee Assistance and provide services,
  • Administering the staff grievance process,
  • Monitoring Employee Performance Management Systems,
  • Handle different disciplinary action.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manpower Planning, Recruitment and selection
  • Succession planning (for the key position)
  • Manpower planning and forecasting
  • Ensure skill pipe line and re-sourcing

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR
  • Skills Required: Admin

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 32 years
