Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare pay role.
- Develop, prepare and implementing ER policy and strategy
- Providing independent counseling to employees and/or supervisors to resolve work-related problems that may relate to performance and/or discipline based issues,
- Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved on matters relating to employee relations and human resources policies,
- Coordinating Employee Assistance and provide services,
- Administering the staff grievance process,
- Monitoring Employee Performance Management Systems,
- Handle different disciplinary action.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and selection
- Succession planning (for the key position)
- Manpower planning and forecasting
- Ensure skill pipe line and re-sourcing
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR
- Skills Required: Admin
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
