Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proven Sales experiences
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target both personal and team (2 wheelers)
  • Understanding Customers needs and developing potential customers
  • Sales process implementation, tracking and maintain all dealers process.
  • Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers.
  • Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data for operating plan.
  • Analysis the competitors market data and report submit to the respective supervisor.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate from any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 21 to 30 years
  • Liaising with factory to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
