Customer Service Executive - MTB Contact Centre

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • MTB Contact Centre (MTBCC) is one stop solution for MTB customers.
  • MTBCC agent will answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Agent will resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Very good spoken and written command in English.
  • MTBCC agent will work on 24x7 basis covered by multiple shifts. Number of shifts and time of shift shall be defined by MTBCC management.
