- MTB Contact Centre (MTBCC) is one stop solution for MTB customers.
- MTBCC agent will answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Agent will resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Very good spoken and written command in English.
- MTBCC agent will work on 24x7 basis covered by multiple shifts. Number of shifts and time of shift shall be defined by MTBCC management.
