Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement policy and process to execute efficient and effective operation of the disciplinary action and grievance handling
  • Receiving complaints/charges from concerned unit and communicate to the respective department for confirmation
  • Prepare Show-Cause/Explanation/Inquiry/Dismiss/ Termination as per received complaints according to managements decision

Educational Qualification:

  • LLB and LLM from reputed university

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in legal drafting
  • Excellent writing skill in English and Bengali
