- Implement policy and process to execute efficient and effective operation of the disciplinary action and grievance handling
- Receiving complaints/charges from concerned unit and communicate to the respective department for confirmation
- Prepare Show-Cause/Explanation/Inquiry/Dismiss/ Termination as per received complaints according to managements decision
Educational Qualification:
- LLB and LLM from reputed university
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Sound knowledge in legal drafting
- Excellent writing skill in English and Bengali
