Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in Day to day HR Operations. (issue show cause, warning, termination & other letters according to managements need)
- Developing "Employee code of conduct" and communicating the same across the organization for meticulous compliance.
- Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by labor law and organizations code of conduct.
- Documentation of reported issues and initiating disciplinary proceedings.
- Preparing & follow-up on various compliance-related check-lists.
- Initiating disciplinary move in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law & as per "Code of Conduct"
- Arranging Fire & Safety, Security and Company Law Training, maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
- Period and scheduled organization of Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc., for all employees.
- Advise and assist key company personnel in HR related issues and concerns as well as labor law and legal procedures.
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies and lawyers as and when required.
- Monitor document and report non-compliant issues and take corrective measures.
- Addressing employee grievances as well as disciplinary issues where required.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Diploma in Law / LLB degree will add value
- Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Compliance, good communication skill, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
Work Experience:
- 4 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age 28 to 35 years
- Proven working experience as Executive / Sr. Executive in HR Compliance & Legal Dept.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good communication skill in both English & Bengali; especially official letters, formal emails and business correspondence
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct and HR best practices
- Knowledge of HR functions (salary & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Planning & Organization skill
- Time Management skill
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum error
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and Presentation skill
- Good computer skill in MS-Office, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
