Project Sales Manager (CCTV Security & Surveillance Dahua Solution)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales & marketing of world largest brand of DAHUA Security & Surveillance products i.e. CCTV, Access Control, DSS, EVS, Video Wall, Digital Signage, Interactive White Board, Video Conference etc.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
  • Prepare documents for credit sales and ensure delivery to the customer.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Dealing with some major customer accounts in own area.
  • Arrange and coordinate various events like fairs, road shows etc.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Reporting to CEO, Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters/ BBA/ MBA with major in marketing from a leading university.
  • Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Digital Marketing, Distribution Sales, Distribution Supply Chain Management

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Smart, Polite & Experience (Minimum 3 years) candidate are must be priority.
    • Able to work under presser.
