Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
• Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
• Maintain banking relationship and prepare monthly reconciliation. Prepare loan statements and treasury plan.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts for submitting to DSE & CSE. Reply to queries from Securities & Exchange Commission & RJSC.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, SEC & Bangladesh guidelines and Banking.
• Sound knowledge in maintaining process costing & inventory control mechanism.
• Factory Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
• Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
• Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
• Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting and Finance
• M. Com/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any recognized university with CA (Inter) in preferred.
• Skills Required: Accounts, Audit, Finance/ Accounts

Work Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

  Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
  • The incumbent who are working in the listed company are preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc.
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
  • The candidate must have working experience at least 10 years of a large group of Industries preferably in Polymer industry.
