Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development and Relationship Management: Achieve set target in terms of partnership development and relationship management with real estate developer. Identify and implement micro marketing initiatives related to partnership management at branch level.
  • Marketing Capability Development: Devise plans for demand generation through customer targeted initiatives. Ensure developer satisfaction through time to time campaigns and engagements customer segmentation.
  • Channel Development: Build and maintain relationship/ partnership with developers, corporate houses and other potential channels.
  • Risk Management: Monitor risk and ensure that organizations relationship strategy is in line with the Portfolio and Industry quality. Assesses by means of financial and other analyses/ risk assessment so that all credit proposals referred by developer are fully analyzed and addressed.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any reputed university

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 9 year(s)
