Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
- Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purpose and review
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department time to time for salary & tax Calculation,
- Prepare and ensure disbursement of final settlement, PF, WPPF, leave encasement etc.
- Conduct external compensation and benefit survey for analysis, research, design and benchmark reviews to ensure competitive and cost-effective pay practices
- Ensure all sort of banking activities related to Employee Banking
- Insurance Management for employees
- Lead HR Operational activities (Personnel File Management, Exit Clearance, Master Database & Separation Database Update, circulate all sort of internal communication etc.) including HRIS management and organogram Update
- Ensure on time ID card Business card delivery along with HR TT Management
- Ensure HR policy, manuals, rules, regulations, guidelines, and circulars, are up to date and file regularly
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line manager and management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management/Finance
- Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Vast knowledge in Labor Law related to employee benefit management
- Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
