Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consult with top Management with regard to deciding priorities. To resolve employees grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
  • Should have experience in the following areas: Office management, Personnel management, Event/Projects management, and strategic planning, and Administration in a multicultural environment.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.
  • Responsible for looking after, implementing and following up all kinds of Admin, HR & Compliance issues in the Factory.
  • Conduct training, counseling, performance appraisal and grievance handling of personnel.
  • Interpret & communicate HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Excellent skills in interpersonal communications, networking, event management, team management, negotiation, ability to prepare operational budget, solid understanding of payroll management, accounting methods, all kinds of administrative relative work including transport, security and Housekeeping.
  • Expertise in all Compliance related activities - Social, Legal, environmental, statutory, etc is a must. Prefer candidate with formal education & training from recognized institutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment. Look after the warehouses & supply.
  • Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Security / QMS audit.
  • Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
  • Development of proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff and workers.
  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Major in HRM

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • At least 02 (Two) years experience as General Manager Post in both corporate & factory HR in renowned group will get high preference.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Corporate & factory HR, Factory Administration, Compliance related activities and operations, Organization Development/Process Improvement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, leadership & analytical skills.
  • Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge on ERP, SAP and relevant software.
  • Knowledge on SOP, Company policy & manual, manpower planning, performance appraisal & KPI, compliance & COC issues, Labor Law, security system etc. will be preferred.
  • Preference will be given Retired Army Officers at least Major and above.
  • Age and education to be relaxed as highly experience candidate.
