Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Marketing: Ensure attractiveness of auto loan products to attract potential customers, achieve market recognition and increase market share. Devise plans for demand generation through customer targeted initiatives. Partnership development and relationship management with vendors.
- Business Capability Development: Increase the auto loan market share. Ensure product/ company recognition to build auto loan market share. Manage MIS of product performance management.
- People Capability Development: Monitor and ensure productivity and efficiency at individual level. Ensure development of team through regular on the job and classroom training and demonstrations.
- Channel Development: Build and maintain relationship/ partnership with auto showrooms, corporate and other potential channels. Act as contact point for corporate office. Regular liaison with corporates to roll out auto loan campaigns among salaried segment.
- Product Ecosystem Development: Product design, review and monitoring in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines. Design and implement pricing and incentive structure. Monitor and assess competitor activities and bring changes accordingly.
