Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for HR, Admin & Compliance related activities.
- Handel all types of Buyers/ Social Compliance Audit & organize the factory
- Develop an effective compliance training program,
- Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation.
- Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc and able to face their different audits with requirements.
- Prepare audit CAP Report and follow up reports.
- Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
- Follow up compliance related assignments.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
- PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.
Work Experience:
- 7 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
COthers Requirements:
- Experience in Garments Industries will get preference.
- Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) and Labor Law with amendment.
- Training on Kaizen, Internal Auditor course on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Fire Safety course.
- Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
