Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for HR, Admin & Compliance related activities.
  • Handel all types of Buyers/ Social Compliance Audit & organize the factory
  • Develop an effective compliance training program,
  • Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc and able to face their different audits with requirements.
  • Prepare audit CAP Report and follow up reports.
  • Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
  • Follow up compliance related assignments.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    C

    Others Requirements:

    • Experience in Garments Industries will get preference.
    • Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) and Labor Law with amendment.
    • Training on Kaizen, Internal Auditor course on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Fire Safety course.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
