Executive/ Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of companys products and services across the territory to achieve or exceed the sales targets
  • Promote the sales of all Electrical item with given sales targets.
  • Collect adequate market information in formulating and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
  • Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
  • Closed Monitoring, Manage and develop dealers in respective areas/districts and take full responsibility for Business development.
  • Analyze the present market and create a new market
  • Visit different store, shop, outlets& dealers frequently to promote and generate sales.
  • To achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
  • To provide monthly sales forecast for product availability & production planning.
  • To prepare market and competitor movement report.
  • Market analysis and proposing sales target and operating sales promotion.
  • To conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase dealer sales.
  • Reviewing sales performance and aiming to achieve targets.
  • Must submit daily / weekly / monthly activities report to the top management.
  • Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales and distribution objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the territory
  • Generate sales of company products in the territory through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets
  • Identify and appoint suitable distributors as per territory coverage plans and oversee their on boarding, training and supervision
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory
  • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum Graduation (Major in Marketing Preferable) from any reputed university
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
