Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute overall factory HR, Admin & Compliance activities
- Good experience of recruitment understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiation candidates
- Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc and able to face their different audits with requirements.
- Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top. Management of the Company.
- Responsible for all aspects relating jobs of store, Production management, staffs and unit HR, Admin & Compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
- Liaise with merchandising, Production, QA & any other Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit
- Have strong knowledge on Performance appraisal system & Payroll system
- Ensure 100% implementation of buyers COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
- Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, HIGG -Social (FSLM) & Environment (FEM-3.1) Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT)
- Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list
- Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/ benefits/ facilities/welfare.
- Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
- Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
- Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
- Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
- To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
- Working experience with Customer/Buyer: Walmart, H&M, Inditex, Celio, Tesco, Camaieu etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- MBA in HRM
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM, PGDCompliance
Work Experience:
- 10 to 12 year(s)
