Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, training, absence management, and employee relations of an organization.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and in compliance with professional standards, government regulatory requirements and laws.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports about personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
- Responsible for Talent Hunting to ensure, we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Responsible for performance management including but not limited to coaching and upskilling of leaders, corrective action guidance across the business function to ensure high performing teams
- Strategize with the business leader(s) to translate business objectives into talent implications
- Leverage HR data to drive improvements in attraction, engagement and retention.
- Facilitate Talent Review sessions in accordance with the strategic plan
- Lead, influence, support and facilitate organizational change and communication
- Liaise with internal partners on communication plan and execution
- Consult with the business leader(s) by understanding how to align and integrate people with business needs through organization design and talent development
- Determine and plan workforce needs to identify and mobilize the right talent to address business needs.
- Lead delivery and application of HR cyclical process including but not limited to
- talent routines, objective setting, quarterly reviews, workforce planning
- Advise, coach and work through employee relations issues
- Serve as a cultural ambassador.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organizations personnel policies and practices
- Lead the performance management process across all divisions including bi-annual performance reviews and objective setting
- Maintain a healthy and empowering office culture that promotes open, honest, and productive communication among staff
- Demonstrates management of the HR function within the division by utilizing sound judgment when making HR-related decisions.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: Administration, Analytical, Attention to detail, Communication, Decision making, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Leadership
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
