Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Planing and carrying out all sales activities on assigned product;
  • Creating market opportunity through direct hunt and market visit;
  • Developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients;
  • Generating and qualifying leads;
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals;
  • Preparing sales action plans and strategies;
  • Scheduling Sales Activity;
  • Developing and maintaining a customer database;
  • Developing and maintaining sales and promotional materials;
  • Planing and conducting direct marketing activities;
  • Making sales calls to new and existing clients;
  • Developing and making presentations of company products and services to current and
  • potential clients;
  • Negotiating with clients;
  • Developing sales proposals;
  • Preparing and presenting sales contracts;
  • Maintaining sales activity records and preparing sales reports;
  • Responding to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person;
  • Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships;
  • Following up on sales activity;
  • Performing quality checks on product and service delivered.
  • Carrying out market research and surveys.
  • Participating in sales events.
  • Any other work given by Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • American International University Bangladesh,North South University,East West University,University of Dhaka,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Must be 5 to 15 years experienced in real estate sales background.
    • Must be challenging & result oriented.
    • Must be good looking, tall & well groomed.
    • Must be target oriented & proven result.
    • Must have corporate culture as the office will be at Gulshan on a prestigious tower representing International Hotel brands.
    • Skills: Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Direct Sales, Indirect sales.
