Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing, drafting, vetting of different kinds of Plaint, Petition, Auction, Security documents including Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Power of Attorney, Letter of Hypothecation, Letter of Undertaking, Bank Guarantee etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants must have at least 2nd class/ Equivalent LLB (Hons/ Pass) and LLM degree from any recognized Public/ Private/ Foreign university.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 3-7 years of practical experience in the legal profession and enrollment in Bangladesh Bar Council.
- Preference will be given to those who have working experience in Legal Division of any Bank/ Financial Institution.
- In depth knowledge about Artha Rin Adalat Ain 2003, N. l. Act 1881, The Banking Companies Act, Companies Act, Land Law, Registration Act, CPC, Cr.PC, TAX Law etc. with working experience thereof.
- Special knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation and Documentation.
- Recruited Officer must be skilled in computer operations and complete all desk work by himself.
- Must have thorough knowledge about document checking and verification process at Branch level, AC Land Office, Tahsil Office and Sub-Registry Office etc.
- Appear in courts and other tribunals on behalf of the Bank for Civil Suits and Criminal Cases & others.
- Providing Legal Opinion on different issues.
- Must be proficient in both Bangla and English.
- Not over 40 years as of 31/01/2020
