Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory.
- To ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
- To ensure floor housekeeping by visiting at least thrice in a week.
- To follow up insurance process on regular basis.
- Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
- To Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws requirement from Compliance point of view.
- Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental related issues in the whole factory premises.
- Have to face different types of Social Compliance Audit of different buyers.
- Must be well informed about update requirement of Social Compliance, COC of different buyers. Labor Law, Environmental Law etc.
- To conduct awareness & orientation training programs for workers.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor/ Master degree form any reputed university.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Others Requirements:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have sound knowledge about updated environmental Laws & Regulations and Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must
- Should be strong and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
- Need to work under stress & in complex situation
- Should have strong analytical skills
