Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Mikrotik is mandatory.
• Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
• CCTV and IP Camera establishment and maintenance.
• Basic Knowledge in Hardware & Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
• Executes established best practices for security and compliance policies and provides training and guidance to users.
• Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured.
• In-depth knowledge on compiling and installing open source software in Linux platform.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (morning & night shift) to cover 7 x 24 x 365 support.
• Configure and manage Yealink IP Telephony system.
• Network monitoring system like Solar Winds, Nagios, Cacti, MRTG etcetera. Ability to work on virtual server (Hyper-V & Esxi 6.5)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor in Computer Science.

• 1 to 2 year(s)

  • ABILITY TO WORK AT NIGHT SHIFT.
  • Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
  • Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
  • Knowledge on application software management over different OS.
  • Knowledge on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
  • Self driven and hard working.
