- Serve as a point of contact for the employees and its concerns.
- Bridge the relationship between the management and the employees.
- Assist in day to day HR activities, monitoring admin services and keeping necessary employee records.
- Perform and facilitate the overall performance management system for employee development and organizational improvement.
- Assist in new staff recruitment activities and new staff orientation.
- Workforce Planning.
- Analyzing job duties.
- Processing paperwork and more.
- Any other activities related to Human Resource Management and nature.

- 2 to 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Have the aptitude of delivering within the deadline.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in Bangla and English.
- Have strong People Management and Development Skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel & MS-Word
