Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for the employees and its concerns.
  • Bridge the relationship between the management and the employees.
  • Assist in day to day HR activities, monitoring admin services and keeping necessary employee records.
  • Perform and facilitate the overall performance management system for employee development and organizational improvement.
  • Assist in new staff recruitment activities and new staff orientation.
  • Workforce Planning.
  • Analyzing job duties.
  • Processing paperwork and more.
  • Any other activities related to Human Resource Management and nature.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 6 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Have the aptitude of delivering within the deadline.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Bangla and English.
  • Have strong People Management and Development Skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel & MS-Word
