Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment process of a particular cluster as per requisition and vacancies
- Ensuring proper execution of joining, orientation and induction of new employees
- Keep record of new joiners, track probation review and support employee release procedure
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
- Keep track of monthly employee appraisal
- Coordinate different training and team building activities
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Support supervisor in daily HR activities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor degree preferably major in Human Resources Management.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
