Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Recruitment process of a particular cluster as per requisition and vacancies
• Ensuring proper execution of joining, orientation and induction of new employees
• Keep record of new joiners, track probation review and support employee release procedure
• Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
• Keep track of monthly employee appraisal
• Coordinate different training and team building activities
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Support supervisor in daily HR activities

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor degree preferably major in Human Resources Management.

Work Experience:

• 1 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Hu
