Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day operations and overall Factory management of the HR & Admin department
- Responsible for Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
- To prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
- Review, update and maintain personnel files and other HR documents and update database in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
- Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, policies, procedures and discipline.
- To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, final settlement, OT and allowances.
- If required, develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per managements directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
- To maintain employee Resign List and New Recruitment List for every running month.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Prepare various types of Corporate HR Related Letters eg- Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Experience, Invitation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
- Coordinate with the different departments in relation to HR activities.
- Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per managements directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
- To participate in Opening and Closing as per roaster made by factory Management
- Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Candidates having PGD in HRM will have an added advantage
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age at least 26 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in bangla and english.
- Ability to work under pressure and with the pace of time.
- Good knowledge in labour law.
- Willing to take capacity to ensure good time management and work with a team.
- Must have good command on office applications.
