Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should be experience as Head of HR & Compliance of a 25-30 Lines Garments Factory.
  • Should have work experience with various audit firms.
  • Experience of working with the buyer (At least 4 years).
  • Experienced people of mentioning the above are only requested to apply for the vacant position.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Masters in any discipline (Preferably MBA in HRM) with very good academic track record.
  • PGDHRM will be preferable.

    Others Requirements:

    • Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to Compliance Department
    • Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
    • Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law
    • Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
    • Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
    • Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
    • Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously
    •  Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
    • Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
    • Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyers requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
    • Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
    • To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
    • Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
    • Organize all relevant meeting like EHS/WWA etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
    • Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements
