- Should have work experience with various audit firms.
- Experience of working with the buyer (At least 4 years).

Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Masters in any discipline (Preferably MBA in HRM) with very good academic track record.
- PGDHRM will be preferable.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): <
- Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to Compliance Department
- Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
- Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law
- Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
- Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
- Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
- Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyers requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
- To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
- Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
- Organize all relevant meeting like EHS/WWA etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
- Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements
