Trainee Officer / Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the business development and individual business portfolios.
  • Individual and Branchs business planning and implementation of the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target.
  • Ensure customer service, credit quality through regular customer visit and follow review.
  • Proactive monitoring of the financial performance and account.
  • Any other job as assigned by the management as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline preferably Commerce/Business background from a recognized university having no 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.5 in any public examinations.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 (five) years experience in any reputed Brokerage House or relevant field in the Capital market (applicable only for the post of Officer)
  • Age: Age must not over 30 years as on 31.07.2018 (May be relaxed for highly deserving candidates).
  • Should have Deep knowledge in Securities and Investment, Credit Risk Analysis, Customer Relation, General Banking, Market Development;
  • Ability and willingness to work independently under pressure;
  • Ability to promote team work and build strong interpersonal relationship with clients;
  • Must be innovative and dynamic.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in Bangla & English;
  • Good computer literacy,
