Executive - HR/ HR Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and conducts or participates in specialized presentations and training, as appropriate, covering operational and/or technical HR related information for specified area of expertise.
  • Researches and analyzes various HR related issues and participates in problem resolution.
  • Maintains and ensures Systematic meeting minutes.
  • Supervises and ensures Appointment latter, Service Book and Personal File. ID card regularly, Personal file up to date.
  • Proceed disciplinary action and issues show-cause notice, warning letter, enquiry notice and report, discharge letter, termination letter and prepare discharge benefit and termination benefit of all employees of the company.
  • Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support.
  • Assist in the development and modification of operating policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation, as appropriate to the development of best practices within the unit.
  • May supervise, lead, train, provide coverage and coordinate the activities of staff performing related work.
  • Provides day-to-day advice, interpretation, and support to client departments regarding the application of human resources policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA & PGD in HRM will get preference.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good research abilities.
