Roles & Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
- To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
- To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
- To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
- To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- To expand business network around the world and to keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- To manage territory restrictions, compliance and local law and trade practices.
- To carry out any other tasks given by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age at least 28 years
- Have the ability to lead a team.
- Good communication skill.
- Depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
- Basic knowledge on IT Products.
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in corporate sector.
- Outstanding communication, amicable and leadership skills, good presentable experience.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
- Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
- Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
- Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.
