  • Recruiting and staffing.
  • Organizational departmental planning.
  • Organization development.
  • Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
  • Policy development.
  • Company-wide committee facilitation.
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Develop conceptual framework & strategy for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to review employee productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: Communication skills, Email , Employee Relation, HR Policy, interpersonal and leadership skill, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

  • 4 to 5 year(s)
