Roles & Responsibilities:

  • - Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual business planning;
  • - Performs strategic and operations reporting, such as reviewing and analyzing reports, making presentations to stakeholders and the board of directors, and managing how the company can optimally operate ensuring operational savings;
  • - Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses, procurement, commercial, production, quality, distribution & logistics and other measurements of operational performance. Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to executive management decisions and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement;
  • - Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales;
  • - Ensure timely collection of credit sales aligning the collection plan to ensure the sales target;
  • - Plan develop implement inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing and maintenance of fleet (logistics), equipment and facilities;
  • - Timely update and present competitors’ activities and provides market feedback on new products, price changes, promotions, new launches, etc. to the top management. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, trade promotion, demonstrations, and other related activities;
  • - Able to devise and implement plans to mitigate the risk for a smooth process. Monitor industry legislative developments, regulatory issues, develop and implement strategic changes in order to maintain compliance and maximize business performance;
  • - Maintaining liaison with the principal local regional and global office to ensure best support and benchmark practices sharing with AML;
  • - Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secures new deals, contracts, and long-term relationships;
  • - Develop and maintain a financial framework that allows for effective and timely financial reporting, management reporting, and compliance with statutory obligations. Conduct monthly financial review meetings, perform sales forecasting, develop and approve departmental budgets and capital expenditure budgets, and manage the company’s Gross Profit and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA);
  • - Develop and maintain the company’s organizational structure, people, Policies and Process including overseeing succession planning. Manage staff and their performances, motivation, recruitment, and selection including setting key performance indicators for performance evaluation;
  • - Arrange different employee training on sales, leadership, time management, distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, operations process, safety, product development, quality, housekeeping, security, work environment, method improvements such as lean management, 6 Sigma or JIT (Just in Time);
  • - Oversee the company’s compliance with safety regulations in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environment. Ensure that operation managers maintain adequate staffing and certifications;
  • - Perform oversight of manufacturing, maintenance, and operational life support system;
  • - Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards, testing materials, and product;
  • - Plan, develop multiple innovation projects in managing business aligning from sales, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing. Proactively identify business efficiency improvement opportunities for cost savings areas/projects across the business;
  • - Oversee the development and implementation of all organization activities to protect the funds invested and the interest of shareholders. Ensure the security and development of assets and resources, and any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics
  • Training/Trade Course: Leadership Excellence and Performance
