Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
- Ensure first contact resolution in every possible cases
- Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate from recognized institutions Minimum CGPA: 3 out of 4
Work Experience:
Others Requirements:
- Prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
- Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages
- Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
