Contact Center Executive (Trainee Assistant Officer)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
  • Ensure first contact resolution in every possible cases
  • Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate from recognized institutions Minimum CGPA: 3 out of 4

Others Requirements:

  • Prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
  • Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages
  • Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
