Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise all financial reports and pricing on an everyday basis.
- Capable of dealing with TAX and VAT related issues for agro based industry.
- Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments, perform audits.
- Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger and other registers related to finance and accounts.
- Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement.
- To prepare Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly/ Yearly).
- Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
- Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Dealing with Bank and other financial institute.
- Maintain operational/ financial activities of accounts department.
- Any other duties assigned by the Administration.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation report.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation, Post graduation in Accounts/ Finance from reputed university with good academic result.
- CA (cc). ACCA, CMA is preferable from reputed university with good academic result
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Should have experience in accounting.
- Work experience in accounting software can be an added advantage.
- Dedicated and Hard Working Common Sense & Self starter.
- Must have leadership capability
