Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for recruitment, selection and deployment process of Sales Associate.
  • Assist to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and keep proper record.
  • Ensure updating staff and salary details in HRMS and EDMS Software timely.
  • Manage and ensure confirmation process of outlet staff.
  • Check and maintain personnel files, recruitment related files and ensure required documents are kept in the respective files.
  • Reply and keep record of general HR queries and follow up actions to ensure quality HR service.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA major in HRM or a closely related subject from any reputed university.
  • PGD in HRM will be preferred.
  • 3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • Job experience will be given preference.
  • Must have good presentation and communication skill.
  • Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 including 2013 amendment
