Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accurately document recipes and results of pilot and plant trials
- Modify recipes as required to meet nutritional/quality specifications & optimize scale up
- Formulate and develop new products to match business, customer, regulatory and cost guidelines
- Keep current on product trends and consumer trends
- Experience in product development of Cookies, Cake and or Bakery products
- Experience in product development of Dairy and or Bread products
- Knowledge of functional ingredients
- Ability to identify new customers to market food ingredients
- Ability to understand the customer needs and provide solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- High Energy and Flexibility are required
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Technology and/or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Food Technology experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of key food ingredients in dairy, cake, bread & confectionary products
