Food Technology Sales & Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document recipes and results of pilot and plant trials
  • Modify recipes as required to meet nutritional/quality specifications & optimize scale up
  • Formulate and develop new products to match business, customer, regulatory and cost guidelines
  • Keep current on product trends and consumer trends
  • Experience in product development of Cookies, Cake and or Bakery products
  • Experience in product development of Dairy and or Bread products
  • Knowledge of functional ingredients
  • Ability to identify new customers to market food ingredients
  • Ability to understand the customer needs and provide solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • High Energy and Flexibility are required
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma/B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Technology and/or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Food Technology experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of key food ingredients in dairy, cake, bread & confectionary products
