Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have the ability to properly maintain daily books of accounts, prepare monthly, half-yearly, yearly closing and financial statements.
- Develop and maintain timely, appropriate and accurate financial statements and reports following standard accounting principles.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Should be able to run Accounts department independently.
- Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial and accounts issues.
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
- Should have the ability of efficient fund management.
- Investment appraisal and analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with the upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals.
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Report financial results to the Managing Director and to the Board of Directors as deemed necessary.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Preferred Professional Certification: CA course complete
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Should have minimum 7 years of service experience in Accounting & Financial Management System out of which at least 3 years should be in the similar position in a reputed organization.
- Create positive and open-minded inter-group communications. Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software
- Should have adequate knowledge on Income TAX and VAT
- Should have the capacity of effective communication skill (information management).
