Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform General Banking Operations as per Bangladesh Banks guideline
- Ensure all Centralized GB functions are carried out as per Banks Standard Operating Procedure
- Providing a responsible and accurate telling service experience to branch users by maintaining and applying up to the knowledge of banking policies, practices and procedures
- To create a working environment where customer can get best attention and service
- Ensure minimum turnaround time for Centralized GB functions at Head Office
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the banking industry
- Understanding of Centralized GB operations and the emerging Technologies/ Standards/ Business models in this area
- Business/technical acumen: must be comfortable and move with ease between both business and technology environments and work effectively in each.
- Must be able to demonstrate the skill of Centralized GB operations and creating leads.
- Experience of managing group of cross-functional people is a must for managerial position.
- Good analytical ability will be appreciated.
- Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
