Manager, Sales & Marketing (Petroleum)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing of lubricant and ensuring cost effective solution through proper support and recommendation to clients.
  • Ensure and oversee day to day operations for business development and team management.
  • Liaison with the principal (locally & regional) as and when required.
  • To attend the tender (Government/ private) with necessary technical presentation and preparation.
  • Establish and maintaining strong relationships with Client.
  • Ensure company values and confidentiality in the highest level.
  • Working closely with other concerns department members to grow healthy business.
  • Management may assign additional responsibilities as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.SC in Mechanical/Chemical /Petroleum/ Electrical Engineering from any reputed University or Institutes is mandatory.
  • MBA in Marketing will be added an advantage in selection process.

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must have at least 10 years experience in the sales and marketing of Multi Grade Lube products in the Industrial segment.
  • Should have well versed knowledge of Bangladesh Industrial lubricant market.
  • Energetic, Sincere ,Honest with positive attitude Strong analyzing and creative skill
  • Capable to work under pressure to achieve the marketing & sales target
  • Should be self- motivated to enhance the overall sales, marketing and service
  • Knowledge about operation, maintenance and application of lubricant in different industry area.
  • Educational background may be flexible for the highly experienced personals.
