Roles & Responsibilities:
- 24/7 roster duty of monitoring NOC and customer care.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei Router, switch and other network devices.
- Give coustomer support both physically and over the phone.
- Maintain good relation with client.
- Configure MPLS/IPSec/GRE VPN.
- Configure L3/L2Tunnel in Miktrotik.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, IT or other relevant subject
- Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,MTCNA,HCIA
Work Experience:
- At most 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong knowledge in computer HW, Operating system & networks
- Network troubleshooting using various tools
- Strong understanding of network layer & protocols, LAN, WAN and related configurations
- Ability to face new technology challenges.
- Able to work in adverse situation.
- Must be fluent in speaking, writing in English.
- Must be very good in email writing and communication over telephone.
- Must be customer centric attitude.
- Strong communication skill (both verbal and written)
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to enhance existing skill set.
- willing to work in roster shift (DAY/EVENING/NIGHT).
