Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager-Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • All transactions need to be recorded on time and daily basis.
  • Keeping record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
  • Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, sub contract bill, daily expenses etc.
  • Check ledgers and bank statements on regular basis.
  • Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts, disbursement, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statement & bank Reconciliation, petty cash voucher, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
  • Regular Weekly & Monthly report with periodical analytical report to Management.
  • Advise and report all relevant matters to Management.
  • Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
  • Preparation of month-end closings, account analysis and preparation of monthly profit & Loss statement.
  • Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • CA/ACCA partly qualified
  • Skills Required: ACCA, Accounts, Tally ERP 9

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 30 to 40 years
