Roles & Responsibilities:
- To check compliance requirement of Local and International Regulatory as well as semi/quasi regulatory authorities/bodies including requirement of Buyers of Garments Factory.
- To keep records of machinery/equipments, production capacity, worker status, capacity utilization and such relating to smooth running of the factory and execution of business contracts.
- To evaluate/analyze customers Export LC/Sale Contracts to assess raw material requirement, costing and expected profit margin, deal cycle and requirement of financial needs/ facilities.
- To check and ensure receipt of Raw Materials at factory site as per commercial invoice/ Packing list and maintain utilization record thereof.
- To physically check inventory on regular basis and maintain Export LC/Sales Contract wise records of raw materials, work in process and finished goods as per given format.
- To monitor on the movement of raw materials, work in process and finished goods i.e. each and every phases of production against each Export LCs/ Sale Contracts for ensuring shipment within stipulated time.
- To keep records/documents If the raw materials or work in process of the factory is required to be sent outside the factory for knitting, dyeing or other genuine purpose. Any deviation or non-return of raw materials or produces is to be reported to Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office immediately.
- To report immediately to the respective Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office, if there is any possibility or any other occurrence that may affect on time shipment or export failure (partially or fully), stock lot, late shipment etc.
- To ensure preparation and submission of clean export documents by the customer in time and monitor repatriation of export proceeds as well as payment of accepted bills within maturity and adjustment of other related liabilities of the particular Export LC/Sales contract.
- To maintain continuous liaison with the branch and RMGD, Corporate Office and keep themselves updated about the position/status of customers investments with the Bank and with other bank (if any).
- To submit weekly/fortnightly reports as per prescribed format to Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office as directed.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management of the Bank.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience with reputed garment industry handling merchandising/ compliance, good understanding of production process, production scheduling and other allied business activities.
