Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance of employees & overtime records.
- To prepare the manpower planning and execution.
- To maintain and update Organogram.
- Maintain personal files, service records and its updating
- Provide necessary supports to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees
- Responsible to develop Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performances Indicator (KPI) for management staffs and Production Staff.
- Handling all recruitment of workers and Staff.
- Effectively handling of disciplinary measures with labor law and company policy.
- Providing independent counseling to employees.
- Ensure good discipline in production floor.
- Maintain personal file and records and keep it updated.
- To organize and conduct training for Human Resource development on Compliance level based on workers level and requirement.
- To ensure workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, health & safety & comfortable environment at workplace.
- To ensure housekeeping and safety.
- Ensure optimum use of human resource.
- Perform in all kinds security and administrative task.
- Monitoring transport and delivery process.
- To prepare festival bonus
- To assist overall increment process
- To handle final settlement and exit interview
- To analysis of any kinds of proposal, notice, announcement etc.
- To analysis the overall process development and SOP of every section where needed.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
