Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Verify education certificate of all selected permanent employees of IPDC and manage database.
  • Carryout reference check and background verification (if needed) of all selected permanent employees of IPDC.
  • Manage attendance and leave records of all employees both FTE & outsourced and update supervisor regarding any anomalies as and when occur.
  • Assist in recruitment and joining formalities of employees as and when needed.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
