Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire Administration Department and regional admin staffs.
  • Develop and maintain best in class physical working environment.
  • Ensure safety and security of all the people, premises and assets.
  • Maintain regular liaison with top level Government bodies for the greater interest of the Group.
  • Pay periodical visit to all regional offices, hubs and warehouses.
  • Ensure superior quality support services.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • •Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Take proactive measures to ensure compliance in operation.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
