Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire Administration Department and regional admin staffs.
- Develop and maintain best in class physical working environment.
- Ensure safety and security of all the people, premises and assets.
- Maintain regular liaison with top level Government bodies for the greater interest of the Group.
- Pay periodical visit to all regional offices, hubs and warehouses.
- Ensure superior quality support services.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- •Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Take proactive measures to ensure compliance in operation.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
