Roles & Responsibilities:
- Closely work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & providing timely support to the Hiring Manager to achieve hiring & department goals.
- Plan and maintain an appropriate recruitment procedure to ensure BHL will have the best talent for each position.
- Determine selection criteria for position by position.
- Along with job portals, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
- Be Ambassador for employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Ensure adhering with Honda COC by avoiding conflict of interest.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- .
- Preferred Professional Certification: Certificates in Talent Management
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ReOthers Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
