Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performance management - deliver performance management programs that drive a high
- performance culture.
- Recruitment and selection - direct and manage the recruitment management process and train line
- managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
- Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including
- remuneration and benefits, leave, absenteeism and turnover.
- Human resources policies - enhances the organizations human resources by planning,
- implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
- practices.
Educational Qualification:
- An MBA in Human Resources Management
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience within an HR environment.
- Intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable individual with good communication skills
- both oral and written.
- Well versed in computer skills and good command in written & spoken English.
