Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive (Seed / Fertilizer Division)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales action plans , strategies & schedule sales activity
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales
  • Achieve sales within budgeted cost
  • Be accountable for all of customer credit and account
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
  • ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
  • carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of eon.
  • Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationship with DAE people

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture

Work Experience:

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 22 to 35 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Experience in Industry Related: Seed/Fertilizer /Other Agro Products.
    • Experienced Candidates will get Preference.
    • Experience requirement for Sales Executive: 0-2 Years
    • Experience requirement for Senior Sales Executive: 2-3 Years
