Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity with food products.
- Develop route wise product distribution plan and maintain a customer database.
- Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
- Communicate regularly with customer, Distributor & team members.
- Monitor customers and distributors stock level.
- Maintain sales activity records and reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
- Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to Head of Sales.
- Execute and monitor companys and competitors price in an effective way.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 35 years
- Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla), analytical skills & leadership capability.
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
