Territory Sales Executive (TSE), BFBIL & BMF

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity with food products.
  • Develop route wise product distribution plan and maintain a customer database.
  • Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
  • Communicate regularly with customer, Distributor & team members.
  • Monitor customers and distributors stock level.
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
  • Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to Head of Sales.
  • Execute and monitor companys and competitors price in an effective way.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla), analytical skills & leadership capability.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
