Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & other registers related to finance & Accounts.
• Capable for making Profit & Loss Account.
• Maintain stock inventory & Dealing with suppliers and Bank.
• Keep filling as per accounts procedure like Challan, Bill, gate pass & others.
• Maintain monthly receipt & payment accounts.
• Daily financial information provide to management..
• Monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely & Maintain accounts receivable, payable.
• Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules and Ensure deduction of tax and VAT at source from the suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure monthly report on all sales proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, staff advances, and income tax deductions.
• Liaising with Company Income Tax Lawyers regarding Corporate Tax matters.
• To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Reputed public or private university.

• 2 to 3 year(s)
