Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct the audit in coordination with the buyers representative as well as the factory management
• Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
• Look after the complicated labor issues in line with Labour Law 2006 amendment 2018 & Labour Rules 2015 and other govt. regulation as well.
• Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
• Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, storage and disposal.
• Rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers standards/code of conduct.
• Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers code of conduct.
• Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
• To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
• Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance
• Preparation of factory in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI,WRAP ,ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & OHSAS-18001:2007 and as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
• Capable to handle H&M, C&A, Carry four, MGB, Li & Fung, Gemo, Mango, Tom Tailor,Terenova, NEXT, Mother care etc.
• Sound Knowledge on Higg Index.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Training/Trade Course: Diploma In Compliance.
• Skills Required: Compensation & Benefits, Compliance

Work Experience:

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Age at least 26 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be working Experience in Knit Composite factory as a compliance person.
  • Applicant who is staying in Narayangonj will be preferred.
  • Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
  • Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
  • Excellent Communication skill In English,
  • Excellent mail communication skill.
  • Must be working Experience in lead factory as compliance person.
