Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, high quality customer service to customers who are value long term relationships and buy customized processes and solutions.
- Be the first point of contact for all queries and will be responsible for booking, planning of Shipments as per customer SOP, resolution of customer queries, service issues as well as follow -up on outstanding.
- Be responsible for preparing & sending the P.O. to the Customer and as well as the proactive and appropriate resolution of issues related to P.O. & Booking management.
- Maintaining customer retention and identifying cross sell/up sell opportunities.
- Booking with vendors/ shippers
- Planning with vendors/ shippers (Vendor coordination).
- Query Resolution with shippers/ Customers/ Key Account Managers- ensure timely resolution and response to customers.
- Responsible for cross sell/up sell, customer retention.
- Follow up on the outstanding bookings & query resolution.
- Prepares contracts and charge structures in line with the company policy.
- Record and report the performance of the designated set of Solutions Customers that help provide suitable recommendations on Service delivery wins and Service failures.
- Work with the KAMs/ Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage stakeholders for efficient process.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
clOthers Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good command of English.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to details.
- Analytical thinking and senses of urgency.
