Roles & Responsibilities:
- Program Visibility & Staff Training - Marketing collateral production including ATM Posters, Welcome Packs, SMS text messages and E-mailers for distribution amongst bank staff and branches/ATM centers. Training of concerned account opening officers on activation offers and customer talk-offs on incentives for early spend at retail outlets/online would also be required. Staff will also need to be trained on the importance of proper customer data collection.
- Usage Campaign : Plan, drive & execute usage campaign specific to set of customer or national campaign & help local office to drive the success of these campaigns.
- Product launch : Plan, drive & execute product launch at specific set of customers & help customers & local office to ensure effective launch
- Customer Data Management - Ensure all data related to the Card Business of the designated Banks are regularly updated, monitored and analyzed for required measures.
- Customer Communication - Coordinate with staff to develop SMS text messages, Emailer content, FAQs on campaign/product launches and other communication channels to promote different offers time to time. Welcoming calling supervision may also be required depending on the banks capabilities.
- Reporting - MIS trackers on early activation rates for ATM and Point of Sale will need to be filled out and provided to company on a regular frequency.

- Minimum Graduates in any discipline can apply
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CoOthers Requirements:
- Candidate having experience to handle multiple customers/ banks at previous jobs will be given preference
- Candidate having experience in marketing specifically campaign development, product packaging will be considered as added experience.
