Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the activities of the SO, Distributors & DSRs.
• Ensure realization of online transaction against daily sales.
• Check accurately and approve TA/DA bills of the SO.
• Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
• Monitor the competitors activities and provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
• Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
• Assist DSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plan.
• Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
• Identify and solve market related problems.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, Management and Leadership

Work Experience:

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
